We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Client Relations Assistant in Human Resources to join our energetic team.
 
The Client Relations Assistant is responsible for supporting the Client Relations Analyst (CRA) Team in day-to-day activities as requested. You will provide a variety of administrative and sales support activities to the team to develop retain and expand relationships. You will conduct research on current accounts, pull reports to help evaluate gross profit margins and perform data entry work to assist team members with their clients. You will assist with resolving client service related issues, scheduling appointments, and other related administrative tasks as required.
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Research news on accounts to keep team informed of any potential changes to the business relationship (e.g. mergers, acquisitions, etc.)
  • Pull client profit reports and compare data with previous reports
  • Regularly review employee gross profit reports per client 
  • Create business reviews & develop review schedule based on contract date, renewal date, quarterly vs. semi-annual check-ins
  • Maintain CRM activities by entering opportunities, cases, new Contacts, etc.
  • Assist with demo account setups and scheduling conference calls
  • Assist with high volume transitions and employee onboardings
  • Create FAQ sheets, flow charts, visualizations, policy documents, etc.
  • Classify job descriptions based on FLSA and workers’ compensation requirements
  • Pull regular CRM reports to send to the CRA team on activity, opportunities, business review dates, etc.
  • Work with other departments to coordinate distribution of client holiday gifts cards, onsite parties and client visits
  • Responsible for saving new reference guides, etc. into SharePoint site
  • Review new procedures with Account Managers and follow up to ensure process is being following accordingly after implementation. Review outstanding invoice balances and alert appropriate CRA of any new trends or increasingly large balances
  • Review monthly workers' compensation claims and compare with client profitability
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned
 
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
  • 3+ years’ experience working in a professional environment
  • Human Resource background desired
  • The ability to multitask with above average keyboarding and internet/computer navigation skills for searching online client data and product information
  • You must be a self-motivated individual who can identify and resolve situations with limited guidance and multitask within a high functioning team
  • Able to work well and excel in a team environment
  • Experience leading projects from beginning to completion with follow-up as necessary to ensure desired results were met
  • Strong problem resolution skills
  • Ability to multitask and organize calendar to manage portfolio
  • Desire to learn and build knowledge base in the Human Resource industry
  • Flexibility to shift priorities as needed to service the team’s clients
  • Demonstrated integrity, dependability, diplomacy and resourcefulness with a strong work ethic
