Pay Range: DOE
6 month contract with possibility of extension
Monday- Friday

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Arrange shipments to projects according to Planning
  • Keep an updated status of all shipments for each project
  • Help to issue the commercial invoice and packing list for import and export purpose
  • Help to review logistics vendor invoice matching (PO, CI & PL)
  • Control inventories by products, schedule and locations alerted abnormal inventory level, quality and cost to make necessary disposition
  • Receive shipment in and out of NS
  • Coordinated inventory pick, pack and distribution
  • Coordinated reworks and material transfers
  • Monitored inventory transactions and error corrections to reach 100% inventory accuracy
  • Verified vendor invoices, filed claims for damages and losses
  • Prepared and analyzed monthly inventory report
  • Online process for small packaging via FedEx, UPS and DHL
  • Records and reports direct material shipment quantities
  • Records and reports all material receipts
Experience:
  • 5-yrs experience managing inventory with third-party warehouse providers
  • 5-yrs experience working with inventory management systems such as SAP, WMS, Oracle
  • 3-yrs scheduling/managing general freight transportation
  • 3-yrs experience working with and supporting purchasing department
  • 3-years providing logistics support to customer service or sales support staff
  • Demonstrated understanding of supplier shipment planning
  • Experience working with the internet, Microsoft Word and Excel.
