Temp HR Administrator– Palo Alto, CA 94304
Pay: $20-25/hr.
M-F 40 hours
4 month contract

Dates: ASAP

We are seeking an experienced human resource administrator who will provide support processing various human resources activities such as new-hire onboarding, change of status, benefits, termination, etc. We are an organization that is transforming our manual processes to be more scalable. This individual needs to be detailed oriented and be willing to do anything from filing, auditing of files, HR reports and more.

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Support for New Hire Orientation and Off Boarding process
Schedule orientation talks
Send new hire agenda invites
Maintain hard and soft copy of employee files.
Assisting in auditing employee files, I-9s and employment applications
Assists with recruiting processes such as development of offer letters and ensuring applications and other paperwork are complete at time of hire.
Process immigration letters and travel visas for employees.
Process Verification of Employment requests.
Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:
Advance skills in MS Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
Experience with ADP HRB; Jobvite; Workday and Box is a plus
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent desired
3 – 5 years’ work related experience is desired
