Description- You will have experience implementing SOP’s and making improvements in a worldwide OEM’s.  You have used Salesforce and are strong with enterprise MRP/ERP systems. Processed and received international orders and product reviews.
 
Skills and Experience of a great candidate-
  1. Responding to support cases via telephone and email.
  2. Responsibility for Service contract sales and Service marketing campaigns.
  3. Experience with importing/exporting customs compliance processes.
  4. Logging, documenting, assigning, tracking and following-up on customer calls.
  5. Communicating with service-sales team to resolve customer issues.
  6. Reviewing orders for accuracy, including pricing, terms and products.
  7. Processing orders in SalesForce.
  8. Preparing service report paperwork for invoicing.
  9. Managing the Service backlog to close open, non-invoiced orders.
  10. Assisting with streamlining and deploying global processes to various regional/global offices.
  11. 3-5 years of customer service experience in technical environments
  12. Advanced-level Excel.
  13. Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  14. Ability to effectively communicate with a broad range of customers in a variety of technical and non-technical environments.
  15. Strong organizational and time management skills
  16. Communication. Technical Customer Care, Customer Success, Contracts, Billing/Invoicing
