We are seeking a Program Coordinator to join our dynamic company. You will be providing onsite client day-to-day administrative support for the MSP/VMS team. You will manage the onboarding and offboarding process for client Contingent Workforce (temporary and contractor) population, pulling reports, and other related administrative tasks as required. The most successful candidate will be adept at managing high volumes of data efficiently and confidentially.
  • Process temporary/contractor employee onboardings and offboardings in the client tracking systems/software
  • Ensure required documentation is received and inputted correctly in the appropriate systems
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Track and audit end dates for temporary/contractor employees
  • Support client and team members with specific questions and/or needs with regard to their temporary/contractor employees
  • Assist with high volume transitions and data scrubs
  • Create FAQ sheets, policy, and procedures to help with efficiencies associated with client
  • Perform other job-related projects/duties as assigned
  • Human Resources and/or MSP/VMS background desired
  • 2 or more years’ experience working in a professional environment
  • The ability to multitask within multiple software systems
  • Self-motivated individual who can identify and resolve situations with limited guidance
  • Established level of professionalism to maintain the integrity of confidential information included in hiring processes and other human resources-related issues or projects
  • Ability to work well and excel in a team environment
  • Flexibility to shift priorities as needed to service client
  • Demonstrated integrity, dependability, diplomacy and resourcefulness with a strong work ethic
  • Computer skills include proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) and HRIS systems
  • The ability to effectively interact with individuals of diverse backgrounds and different levels of experience
