Our client is a leading financial and administrative healthcare network in the United States that connects virtually all private and government payers, claim-submitting providers and pharmacies in a hybrid cloud based, user-centric and secure infrastructure environment. They are seeking a Talent Acquisition Project Manager.

Job Description:

The Talent Acquisition Project Manager will work closely with the Director, TA Operations, TA Delivery Managers and business partners by providing exceptional customer support and project management for Talent Acquisition systems and core processes.  This team member will be a key contributor of the TA delivery model providing project management support which will require full lifecycle coordination and management for the projects listed below, and additional projects as assigned (such as mergers/acquisitions, process improvement, etc).  Initially this role will focus heavily on being the lead for Talent Acquisition on a dual system migration (Ultipro to Taleo, then Taleo to Workday) and the associated integrations.

Systems, Reporting and Invoice Management
  • Serve as TA lead for all projects and initiatives related to systems (ATS implementations, integration with other software, etc) and primary partner with the Workforce Reporting team
  • Create process mapping, documentation and QRG’s; recommend technology improvements
  • Manage all TA core reporting for HR/TA Leadership team including development and monitoring of key performance metrics and SLA’s; reports used for analysis, forecasting, compliance, performance assessment, program expansion, and issue resolution
  • Design and administer customer satisfaction survey 
Program and Vendor Management:
  • Lead program infrastructure including program requirements, due diligence, communications, design, implementations, training, equipment allocation, and post implementations support 
  • Ongoing focus on projects, integration, deliverables and success; Develop and refine processes and tools required to fulfill program deliverables
  • Work collaboratively with business partner to develop critical business relationships, manage and execute program, and ensure deliverables are met or exceeded
  • Serve as escalation point for issue resolution, involving business partner as necessary
  • Maintain invoice tracking; Construct billing recommendations that support contract deliverables
Compliance
  • Manage compliance activities and create and manage processes related to compliance
  • Serve as lead during audits
  • Educate and reinforce compliance activities across TA organization
Training:
  • Responsible for designing curriculum, training materials, process documentation and SOP’s for programs and systems
  • Design curriculum and training materials
  • Deliver training to targeted audience
Qualifications and Experience
  • 3-5 years’ experience with HRIS and/or Talent Acquisition systems and implementations
  • 3-5 years’ experience in project or program management, preferably within Talent Acquisition
  • 3-5 years’ experience leading process improvement, procedure development, data collection and analysis
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong organizational skills, project management oriented, facilitation and willingness to learn
  • Word, Excel, PowerPoint and HRIS/ATS system experience, Taleo and Workday preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to follow through and provide strong customer service
  • Knowledge of Recruitment and Human Resources policies, procedures, and best practices
