Our client in the software industry is seeking an all star Kitchen Operations Analyst for their Washington DC campus! In this position, you will have the opportunity to work with a great team to execute various events and daily meals. If you have experience in both BOH and FOH food service and are a creative, organized and positive worker, we want you to apply!
Contractor Skillset Expectation:
Eager to learn and hungry to grow their existing skillsets.
Creative individual who is forward thinking.
Solid understanding of both front and back of house from prior food service experience
Ability to trouble shoot issues culinarily and course correct with our caterers onsite.
Knowledge of safe food handling practices. Serve safe certificate is a plus but can be provided on site.
Intermediate computer literacy.
Flexible work hours.
**This role is not a management role**
Set up & break down of meal services. We offer 3 services per day (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) Monday - Friday
Logging of data within our digital tracking platform.
Composing feedback of meal services back to team kitchen ops as well as to the onsite caterers.
Handling and documenting feedback from guests.
Assisting in the execution of events of all sizes.
Working closely with other teams/team members to ensure that daily operations and events run smoothly & efficiently.
Upholding standards within our Kitchenette Program. Necessary training provided.
