Role Overview:
Our client, a leading global eSports videogame company, is seeking a Contact Experience Specialist to help enable their frontline agents around the world to support their players. You’ll make sure that as the game changes and new features are released, that agents have the information they need to get players back in the game as quickly as possible
What Your Day Might Look Like:
  • You will prepare global teams for supporting changes to existing features through determining the impact of the changes, making decisions on support policies, and updating our agent documentation
  • You will ensure we’re ready to support new features released by our game teams by updating documentation and ensuring that the right info is on our Player-facing support website
  • You will triage and support critical/widely impacting Player Support issue escalations from vendor operations.
We like to talk to people who have the following:
  • Bachelor's Degree (wide variety of majors are a great fit for the role)
  • 1+ years of work experience in project management, operations leadership, customer service leadership, or other similar role
  • 1+ year of work experience in Player/Customer support
  • A passion for video games and an account that’s at least level 100
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong Player/Customer empathy mindset with confirmed impact on improving the customer/player experience
  • Validated ability to make well-informed, sound decisions and implement process or policy changes that affect global teams
