Overnight Helpdesk Agent

W/TH/F/S/Sunday: 11:00 pm- 7:00 am
Our client, a leader in healthcare technology is seeking Overnight Helpdesk Agents
to help provide initial product support to customers via inbound calls, email, chat, etc. In this position you will handle inquiries and troubleshoot basic product-related issues. If you have 1-2 years related experience, we’d love to hear from you!

- Gather information to identify and assess nature of problem.
- Record incidents in a tracking.
- Recommend solutions from training manuals and guides.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level customer service representatives or management.
- Gain knowledge of organization's products and/or services, policies, terms, and conditions.
- Conduct basic, technical troubleshooting on customer support issues/inquiries and provide instruction to customers on resolution.
- Answer technical and policy questions from pharmacy staff on claim adjudication responses across multiple plans/programs and edit types.
