Our client, a leading manufacturer of products for the life sciences and clinical diagnostics industry is seeking Complaint Specialist
Log in product complaints
Responsible for the review, evaluation (for an MDR event), logging and closure of customer product complaints. New and closed product complaints will be reviewed in Salesforce and transferred into a Google spreadsheet. Paper complaint and MDR forms will be completed for CE-IVD and FDA-IVD complaints.
- Intermediate computer skills, typing, MS Excel
- Salesforce and Google Sheets knowledge is desirable.
- 16 to 40 hrs per week
- Must be highly motivated and detail oriented
