Our client is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant
to support one or more mid to senior-level managers. In this role, you will work in a diverse and complex environment and will experience customer and executive communications.
- Manage special projects, schedule internal and customer meetings (with all applicable logistics, including catering and communications technology)
- Coordinate and schedule international and domestic travel arrangements.
- Prepare expense reports.
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills.
- Experience using google calendar, google mail, gotomeeting.
- Proficient with word processing, spreadsheets, and creating presentations.
- Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Has detail oriented and process driven skills.
