Title: Senior Administrative Assistant Location: San Francisco, CA 94108 Schedule: M-F / 4 Hours Daily (20 hours per week) Salary: Up to $29.00 Hourly
A global non-profit organization based in San Francisco is seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant to support their Global Engagement ad Communications Management department on a temporary basis.
Overall management responsibility Global Engagement Managing Director, San Francisco global schedule, including prioritization, and follow-up.
Plan and manage domestic and international travel. Complete required documentation prior to travel and submit travel expenses following trip completion.
Serve as primary administrative contact for fielding requests and working closely with finance, events, and facilities staff as appropriate. Proactively anticipate and manage team needs and apply internal company policies.
Coordinate all arrangements for conferences, teleconferences, workshops, meetings, and other events including equipment needs, catering, travel arrangements, hotel suggestions, and other necessary details
Create, manage and maintain key business management tools and processes, including CRM content and reporting, key partner documents, SharePoint site, etc.
Plan and coordinate the production of documents, reports, and presentations.
Handle confidential and time-sensitive global information.
Engage as a partner to Executive Assistants (EAs) in assuring efficient coordination of leadership schedules, meetings, etc.
Qualifications and Experience:
Associate’s degree plus business, non-profit, or non-governmental organization experience or work equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Three to five years of administrative and/or executive support experience.
Close attention to detail including demonstrated proofreading skills.
Excellent with MS Office Suite, specifically Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Experience maintaining Box and SharePoint sites.
Easily use Skype for Business.
Proficient using a CRM.
Salesforce experience required.
