Title: Office Clerk
Location:Tempe, AZ 85283
$11.25 per hour(weekly pay)
Friday-Monday 6am-4pm OR Friday-Tuesday 8am-4pm
Term: 4 month contract (Potential for permanent)
Our client, a leader in the healthcare technology industry is seeking an experienced Office Clerk
to assist with verifying and inputting data.
- Communicate with customers, employees, and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate or explain information, and address complaints.
- Greets visitors, ascertains their identity, has them sign in and notifies appropriate employee of visitor arrival.
- Answer telephones, direct calls and take messages.
- Compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities, business transactions and other activities.
- Compute, record and proofread data and other information, such as records or reports.
- Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Entry-2yrs of Date Entry experience is required
- Medical industry background is a plus!
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information.
- Previous experience with computer applications.
- Background and drug test required.
