Pay Rate: $20/hr
Part Time:  Avg. 20 hours per week

We are seeking an all-star Brand Ambassador to spread the word about how to put the world’s 1.2+ billion cars to better use. We will be enlisting you to interface and network with prospective vehicle hosts in the San Diego market area, focusing on educating individuals on the benefits of sharing their car to unlock its earning potential. You will be be excited to connect with locals to help them get signed up on our platform, provide information about listing their first car, and answer common questions that new hosts may have about getting started.
This opportunity is perfect for passionate college students, graduates and junior tech savvy professionals that can get others excited about our company.   • Network with individuals at various events in the San Diego market area
  • Distribute marketing materials & promotional swag, and communicate supply levels to management regularly
  • Maintain a mailing list of prospective users that are interested in learning more about our car sharing company
  • Assist with app downloads and account signups, including a brief app tutorial
  • Provide a summary to management regarding the success of outreach after each event
  • Inform management in a timely manner of issues experienced in the field
Minimum requirements:
  • An energetic, outgoing, and personable outlook
  • Self-motivation and ability to adapt to diverse event environments
  • Excited to share our innovative approach to peer to peer car sharing with the local community
  • Ability to quickly learn & communicate facts and conduct your own research to grow your knowledge of the company
  • Enjoy helping people and providing solutions to a number of issues
  • Must be comfortable with sitting/standing for extended periods of time while attending events
  • Clean driving record 
  • Ability to pass a background screening
Additional qualifications as a plus:
  • 1-2 years' experience in a Customer Service focused field with an emphasis on software or technology
  • Experience with event promotions, networking, outreach, or Sales background a plus
  • Past experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Ability to keep calm in fast-paced, high energy event spaces
  • Strong organizational skills to manage daily tasks and routine assignments
