Job Overview:
In a nutshell, the inside sales team member team work closely with the Account Management Team to:
  • Generate and qualify leads;
  • Transform those leads into scheduled product demonstrations;
  • Improve existing customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
Job Duties
  • Find, nurture and qualify leads;
  • Build an excellent knowledge of products and services to be sold;
  • Accurately introduce our product-, program- and service offerings through out-bound call campaigns and follow-up on in-bound call/email inquiries;
  • Meet and exceed targets for the above and monthly sales quotas;
  • Diligently track customer-related phone conversations and emails in CRM system, including documenting sales opportunities according to defined sales processes;
  • Actively collaborate as a team member within the department and with the organization as a whole.

Preferred Qualifications (great to have but not absolutely necessary)
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Previous Inside Sales and/or Telephone Marketing
