Our client, a leader in healthcare technology, is seeking an Office clerk to assist them for a 5 month contract. In this role, you will be sorting checks, keeping payroll records, taking inventory, and distributing mail.
Some of your daily duties will be:
- Communicate with customers, employees, and others to answer questions, explain information, and address any complaints that may arise.
- Answer telephones and take messages.
- Greet visitors and has guest sign in.
- Compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities.
- Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems.
- Highs School diploma or GED required.
- 2 years of administrative or customer service related experience is desired.
- Must be organized and detail oriented.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Previous data entry experience.
